1. What kind of payment methods do you accept ?  >Top

We accept payments : Paypal , Western Union , Moneybookers.

2. How long will I received my shoes after I pay it?  >Top

EMS(Post office) promises us, The shipping time will takes about 7-12 Working Days, but usually it will more shortter than they promises.

Your shoes will be sent by courier to your door. You will receive an email with your order confirmation number and your shipping tracking number with in 24 hours after you pay your order. With this tracking number you can track the progress of your parcel. Make sure you enter the right shipping address for your parcle.

We are not responsible for reshipment if you provided us with an incorrect address.

3. How much is the shipping cost ?  >Top

We are proud to offer a FREE SHIPPING WORLWIDE for Wholesales and Retails order.


4. Who is your shipper ?  >Top

Our shoes will be shipped via UPS or EMS EXPRESS COURIER within 7-12 Working Days.


5. What should I do if I still don't receive my order after the estimated delivery timeframe provided by you ?  >Top

You will have to notify us and we'll investigate the situation for you, followed by working out a replacement solution, whenever necessary. Whatever it is, you have paid us, and we ensure that you will receive your order by any means.


6. What if the shipment is lost or missing ?  >Top

A replacement solution will be offered to you. All shoes are insured before shipping.


7. What if I receive a defected shoes ?  >Top

Such problems are rather uncommon, considering the fact that we will only supply fine quality shoes. If it is a manufacturing defect (that is beyond our control), therefore a replacement solution will be offered to you.


8. Do you offer wholesale opportunity? How many do I need to order to qualify as a wholesaler ?  >Top

At Shoes-On-Line.Com, we offer to our customers retail and wholesale programs. There is NO MINIMUM order.

Within 9 shoes per order, our clients are invoiced on the basis of our retail prices.

From 10 pairs shoes and above per order, If you want to pay via Paypal, our clients are invoiced on the basis of our "wholesale 1" program.

Above 10 pairs shoes, If you can use Western Union, we offer a super wholesale program "wholesale 2", with rack bottom prices.

Mixing models and colors is allowed.

9. Can you ship to an address other than the billing address ?  >Top

Yes we can, just specify your alternate address in your email message to us.


10. Do you provide Drop Shipping for Re-sellers and Wholesalers ?  >Top

Yes. We can free drop shipping for our client.

11. What is your return policy ?  >Top

Considering we only deal with high quality shoes, thus you can be sure that there will be no return at all. Should return be required for some reason, due to defects, just inform one of our customer service personnel, and you shall expect a satisfying yet effective solution from him/her.

12. What about custom tax or duty ? Will I be charged for ordering from you ?  >Top

It is not common for you to have to pay tax/duty when importing something into the country. Base on our experience and feedback of our client, 99% will not have to pay tax/duty. But tax/duty is something unavoidable and unpredictable, and we do not have control over it. We only can do our best to avoid paying tax/duty(e.g. fill "GIFT" on your parcel ; Let package is small, less than 5 pairs in one package .....) .


13. You don't have the Shoes I am looking for, can you source it for me ?  >Top

You name it, we got it! Unless it does not exist or never been released in our market. Please send a picture of the shoe you are looking for to shoes-on-line@hotmail.com , our customer service personnel will search them in our market as best as we can.


14. Can I order more than one of each shoes ?  >Top

You can order as many shoes as you like, please fill the Order Form available on our website.


15. How can I make my own sales ?  >Top

You can host a fashion party either at home, on your very own website or sell at ebay. And we can Drop Shipping for you. Please email us at shoes-on-line@hotmail.com regarding your interest to become a reseller.


16. I've read everything in your FAQ, but still can't find the answer to my question.   >Top

It's pretty simple, just write to shoes-on-line@hotmail.com and you'll have your question answered in less than 24 hours time, just as soon as possible.
